Our FIRST time swimming in a Dutch channel , It was WILD . Post Morning below : Tempo run 17km with a 20min effort at 3:30/km Open water swim was decided for the channel . I have never swum in a channel and was a bit concerned due to water quality and rats 🐀. Luckily we didn’t find any rats and water was quiet clean indeed . Impressive .! NL . What a swim and a spot to train ! We both loved it even though were WAY to hot in wetsuits ;-) 3.7km total swim time in 52mins .
