GAA Goalkeeping #60 - Mid-Champ. Session part 2

Part 2 of our mid-season/mid-championship sessions. The focus here again is working on reactions and explosive movements to ensure we have the spring and agility to get around the area as quickly and efficiently as possible. I always find that this type of work has a very beneficial effect on kicking as well as it keeps the brain sharp too.
