Make a Sterling Silver Double Split Ring Band
This video shows the steps to make a double split ring band. To make the band, I used two pieces of 12 gage sterling silver half-round wire. The wire was bent to form the splits on both ends, then soldered together. I then shaped the band into a size 7.5 ring and attached it to a bezel. I am Tallie Craigo, a Silversmith and stone shaper located in West Texas. I hope you will join me on my jewelry creation journey! I started documenting my journey to learn silversmithing and make unique jewelry pieces using the stones that I shape, as well as other stones I acquire. I will eventually have a website as well to list some of my pieces, but I am currently in the process of developing my first collection.
