Is The Soulslike Genre Dying?

What is a souls like? Like most dark fantasy games it can consist of rolling, dodging, health and stamina bars, hard bosses, etc. Yet they aren't dark souls or to the level of elden ring, and their respective combat systems. The action RPG genre has seen a major facelift since FromSoftware's Demon's Souls and, in my opinion, the gaming industry has been better for it. However, is there an over saturation of "souls-like" games in general? Or is it an over saturation of bad souls-like games? How can you battle souls-like fatigue?
