Light UP (fiber optic) Jellyfish or Mushroom HAT

This is such a fun and simple project! This “tutorial” can be used to make a light up jellyfish or modified to make a light up mushroom.🍄Just cover your cardboard hat in red fabric and use white lights… or come up with your own drsign!
