Two Kobe Akiya Properties for Sale 45-55K USD

Here are two properties for sale in Kobe. Kobe has really grown on my the last few months as I've been there for more viewings. The people are friendly and talkative, it's very well connected with the shinkansen and airports, you're close to Osaka, and you don't have the tourists congestions like in Kyoto. The 1st property isn't too bad overall, but doesn't seem to have a place for a washing machine which is pretty strange. I looked for it but was unable to find anyplace to put it. Maybe you could install one but something to keep in mind for this particular property. Besides that, for the price, size, location and condition, it seemed like a decent home to consider. The 2nd property is a good example of something you want to stay far, far away from; unless you're planning on tearing it down and rebuilding. The layout and looks of the home aren't too bad and it's definitely a fixer upper. But I found signs of termite damage under the home and the upstairs did not feel super sturdy. On top of that you would need to do a lot of renovations to get it liveable.
