The 16 Personality Types: ESFP

ESFPs in the Myers-Briggs personality system rely on Extraverted Sensing, Introverted Feeling, Extraverted Thinking, and Introverted Intuition. Behavioral stereotypes can be limiting and not fully explain the mental processes and motivations behind the stereotypes. In this video, we dive into the actual cognitive processes and discuss tendencies associated with each one. The hope is that the information presented will be beneficial for individuals to use when discussing ESFP relationships, careers, and workplace habits. We will also prepare you for the podcast premiering at the end of 2020. One of the episodes will be dedicated entirely to ESFP in the education system, their learning style, and how the system can better accommodate them.
