The Famous Classic Chicken Mandi Recipe with Tilda Basmati Rice

#OriginalMandi #MandiRecipe #BasmatiRice Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another video with our favourite Tilda Basmati rice, showing you how to make the famous classic Chicken Mandi from scratch! Check out our authentic Mutton/lamb biryani recipe: Directions: 1) In a small bow mix together spices and rub onto chicken. 2) In a bowl add rice and wash with water till eater is clear, and draine in colander 3) On medium heat in a pot add fried onions, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, 1 ½ tbsp salt, raisins and drained rice. Cover with warm water till 2 bands of index finger is covered 4) Place a perforated tray on top and place the chicken on top 5) put the pot in preheated oven at 185°C for 1 hour 6) Take out of oven, place the chicken in the pot 7) Make a foil dish, add oil and hot coal. Then cover with lid and towel for 15 mins 8) Remove the towel & lid, and serve with Almond shavings & coriander ad your toppings! 9) Most importantly, enjoy!
