Hello Explorers! The Irazú Volcano is the highest volcano in Costa Rica, with an elevation of 3,432 meters above sea level. From San José (the capital), the shuttle leaves directly to the volcano. You can catch it in front of the Gran Hotel Costa Rica, next to which is the National Theater of Costa Rica. The shuttle departs from 8 a.m. to noon; remember to be on time.
