Anyone can achieve the equivalent of an apprenticeship standard with the City and Guilds 2346 experienced worker route, or the EAL equivalent. All you need is an inspection and testing qualification, the regs qualification and an NVQ A fully completed NVQ, which you can buy off of eBay!
