Sessão de lançamento da Campanha Ibérica Alterações Climáticas

The Iberian Climate Change Campaign is conducted by the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT), in partnership with the State Inspection Agency for Labor and Social Security (OEITSS), and with the collaboration of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSST). With the aim of promoting the improvement of occupational safety and health (OSH) conditions in activities most affected by climate change and the new risks arising from the circular economy, this Campaign also intends to strengthen information and foster a culture of prevention, as well as empower companies to respond to the challenges associated with the emerging risks of climate change. The launch session will include the participation of Portuguese and Spanish institutional representatives who will present the Campaign and its main objectives. The program also includes a presentation by Joaquim Pintado Nunes, Head of the Occupational Safety and Health and Working Environment Directorate of the International Labour Organization in Geneva, dedicated to the impact of climate change on workplaces.
