MANGO RECIPE ● 250ml mango juice for 30g of gelatin ● 2 cups mango juice/nectar ● 1 cup chopped or candied mango ● 1 pinch of salt ● 1 cup sugar ● 1 tablespoon (15ml) mango essence or concentrate to taste CHAMOY RECIPE ● 1 cup chamoy ● 1 cup red hot sauce (Tapatío or Valentina) ● Chili powder to taste ● 1 pinch of salt ● Juice of 3 limes ● 250ml water for 30g of gelatin ● 2 cups mango juice/nectar *Mango and candy for garnish to taste*
