Let it cool completely and stir occasionally. Cover it and place it in the freezer. Remove from the freezer every hour and stir thoroughly. (The goal is to stir it before it freezes. It may double in size while stirring, and some freezers may freeze quickly, so check it every half hour.) Repeat this process five times. This will lighten the color of the ice cream, making it a pristine white. After stirring five times, let it sit overnight. The next day, you can mash it and eat it whenever you want. The more you mash it, the more DELICIOUS it will be. Enjoy!
