The Roundabout- Right of Way: Lessons Learned

This session provides an overview of the basic state and federal requirements for acquiring right of way on state- and federally funded Local Public Agency (LPA) projects. Drawing from firsthand experience, Eric will also highlight key “lessons learned” from right of way reviews conducted by KDOT and FHWA, offering valuable insights to help agencies navigate the process more effectively.
