Today is Sunday and there is a street market in the city of SÃO VICENTE, at PARQUE BITARU, on Av. Capitão-Mor Aguiar. And that is where our tour begins. This is the second street market that we have presented in São Vicente, the first being on Av. Marechal Deodoro in Vila Valença. São Vicente is a city in the state of São Paulo. The inhabitants are called Vicentinos. The municipality extends over 148.9 km² and had 329,911 inhabitants in the last census. The population density is 2,215.2 inhabitants per km² in the municipality. Neighboring the municipalities of Santos, Praia Grande and Cubatão, São Vicente is located 5 km to the North-East of Praia Grande. Located at an altitude of 6 meters, São Vicente has the following geographic coordinates: Latitude: 23° 57' 46'' South, Longitude: 46° 23' 31'' West.
