Ingredients: 1 kg of coarse baking salt (mine was coarse, but not the coarsest). Sea bream (one or two). 1.5 liters of water. To accompany it: thinly sliced ​​potatoes. The dressing I added is: oil garlic powder salt parsley sweet paprika 1. Pour the 1.5 liters of water into the mixing bowl. 2. Prepare the sea bream. 3. In the deep Varoma attachment, create a bed of salt for the sea bream. 4. In the shallower Varoma attachment, prepare the thinly sliced ​​potatoes and top them with the dressing you prepared. 5- Place the Varoma accessories in your Monsieur Cuisine Plus and select the steam button. It will automatically set a timer for 20 minutes at 120°C (250°F) and no speed setting is needed. The first ten minutes are for preheating, then the timer will automatically start counting down.
