Fly Tying: Fox Tail Clouser Minnow for Bass & Redfish

In today’s fly tying session, I’m tying a Bead Chain Clouser Minnow using fox tail and copper flash accents. This fly has incredible movement in the water and is a great pattern for largemouth bass, Guadalupe bass, redfish, trout, and other predatory fish. The fox tail provides a natural flowing action while the copper flash adds just enough attraction without overpowering the fly. Combined with bead chain eyes, this pattern rides hook point up and helps reduce snags around structure.
