Hello everyone, Happy New Year! Let's start the year with a delicious Ghanaian-style tilapia stew! Very easy to make and so good! Thank you all for watching! see you soon xx Ingredients: Fish preparation: 3 large tilapia 1/2 tbsp knoor aromat all-purpose seasoning 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1tbsp garlic granules 1tsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp black pepper deep frying oil flour for dusting 1/4 onion 3 sprigs fresh thyme 2 sliced onions 1 tomato paste (200gr) blended: 6 garlic cloves, 2 scotch bonnets, 1 piece of ginger, 1 medium onion, fried onion, with a bit of water 3-4 cans of plum tomatoes 1 Sankofa stew & gravy seasoning 1 tbsp food seasoning 1tbsp curry powder 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika salt to your taste boiled eggs (optional) spring onions Hello friends!
