Pre Arrival Commercial Structure Fire Point Pleasant Beach New Jersey 8/25/24

Ocean County - Point Pleasant Beach - Grease Fire Stations 42,43 were dispatched for a possible structure fire at Shore Points BBQ at 816 Arnold Ave. When the fire Chief arrived on scene he confirmed smoke showing from the structure. Crews shortly arrived after and entered the structure to find a grease fire on top of one of the stoves. It was quickly extinguished and crews started to check for extension and vent the structure. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is unknown.
