TECHNO SET | 131 BPM | Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 | Marko Mitrovic Full Set

Today is day 43 of me becoming a DJ. As I'm a beginner, I want to document my progress and share it with you. I'm facing several struggles at the moment when it comes to DJing. First of all the genre: I like different types of Techno and havent decided yet on what my main gerne will be in the future. Therefore I'm trying them all out and take it as a practise to get better. I treat my DJ Controller as an instrument. And I know from playing piano from a young age, that only time spent playing and practising is gonna make me better. I'm aiming at recording one set a day of roughly 1 hour each time. So that I can experience some flow state and learn from situations that come up while doing so. Uploading those sets to my Youtube Channel helps me to take it more seriously and treat it as if I am playing in front of a huge crowd. It's really fun to me and I make a lot of mistakes while playing - but thats what practising is for. I use those practise sessions to listen to songs that I dont know yet aswell.. so it sometimes happens that I play a song that I dont like - but rolling with that is practise aswell.
