City officials in Cumberland, MD are destroying the entire Rolling Mill neighborhood to build a chain restaurant and a parking lot. But many of us still live here, and we do not want to go anywhere. Our homes are not for sale, yet we are living with the constant fear that any day the city will knock on our doors and tell us they are taking our homes through eminent domain.
