The Cinema Show (Genesis 1976-1977 keyboard cover)

This is Francesco Gazzara's visual and audio transcription of the keyboard parts played on "The Cinema Show" by Tony Banks on the 1976-1977 Genesis tours, performed here with Nord C2D organ, Mellotron M4000 Mini and ARP Pro DGX synthesizer. The 12 string guitar part originally played by Banks on the first section of the song is accurately reproduced on the Mellotron with a harpsichord tape/keyset (emulating the 12 string action). A real Epiphone/Gibson 12 string performance is also shown on a parallel screen. All organ's drawbars registers (mostly accurate although rarely changed for stage convenience), Mellotron tape/keysets and ARP Synth presets are listed in the video when occurring. The backing track is a mix of the original stems (mainly drums, bass and vocals) from Genesis "Seconds Out" (1977) live album and the keyboards audio performance is tracked live (including the odd bump notes) directly from the cameras microphones (therefore the "ambience" audio quality). The filming is done with two (sides) Canon 1200D cameras and one iPhone SE camera (ceiling).
