Por Que o MBL Perde Líderes Sem Parar? (Está Aberto o Sarau da Brotolândia)

I analyze the topic using organizational structure, electoral economics, and the movement's internal control. The Free Brazil Movement (MBL) has trained an entire generation of conservative activists, city councilors, and influencers. But as these figures grow and gain their own votes, the founding leadership—led by Renan Santos—expels, abandons, or forces them out. The video analyzes concrete cases: João Bettega, elected with 12,000 votes in Curitiba and publicly expelled with insults; Gabriel Costenaro, who used his own body in the movement's trenches and denounced blackmail upon leaving; Lucas Pavanatto, who migrated to the Liberal Party (PL) upon realizing that the Missão Party lacked the structure to support his candidacy; and Cristiano Beraldo, abandoned by the leadership at the first sign of legal trouble. What connects all these cases is the same mechanism: the MBL recruits leaders, concentrates the means of political production—financing, studio, brand, party funds—in the hands of a restricted group, and discards those who grow too much or question the control. The MBL Academy trains cadres who will never reach the top. The Mission Party was created not to renew politics, but to legally trap the engaged leaders within the structure in 2026. The video also discusses what this reveals about the movement's central contradiction: an organization that preaches freedom and uses coercive contracts to maintain obedience.
