How to do a 3:2 Pulldown for Broadcast with NO JITTER! (23.976 to 29.97)

Having video jitter problems? Need to have a 24p video play smoothly for broadcast? Here's how! An easy tutorial to convert 23.976 footage to 29.97 for broadcast on TV. It also works with older versions of After Effects so even versions that are 7 to 8 years old can do this. (Newer versions of Premiere can do pulldown but only if you have CC.
