The Groudle Glen Railway on the Isle of Man - a hidden gem of a narrow gauge railway!

It's our final day on the Isle of Man and Richard and I have stayed on to enjoy the Sundays-only Groudle Glen Railway. The railway is hidden away in Groudle Glen and when you come upon it on a sunny day in May it really does feel like an filmset for some kind of kids movie. The 2 foot gauge railway, with its lovely little engine and cute toast-rack carriages completes the picture. If you are ever on the Isle of Man on a Sunday, then this is a must-see for any transport enthusiast! And... travel on the line is included in your GoExplore pass. So what's not to like?
