We've been married for three months, but we've only spent about half the time together (we're constantly traveling). Recently, I've started doing Pilates regularly again because I've realized I really need consistent time to focus on myself. That feeling of resetting myself when I step into the studio is so important to me. I recently tried on Lululemon's latest Yoga & Pilates collection. The fabric is as stretchy and breathable as ever, with great coverage and support, making practice feel much more comfortable (plus the ruffles, it's elegant and a little cute). (They also have a looser fit this time, and I even went to the store to try it on and thought it was amazing!) Lululemon is truly my favorite brand; I've worn them for yoga and now Pilates, and I can't go back.
