There are 3 trails, Lochan, Woodland and Mountain. Thde mountain trail has the greatest difficulty rating, so on this lovely day in April 2024, we chose a relaxing walk through the woodland. There were still some steep ascents, but presumably more manageable than the mountain trail. One day we hope to do proper mountain ascents in Glencoe, but at this stage, we're building up our fitness and experience gradually, as you need to take those mountains seriously. The lochan area of the trail is a lovely and relaxing flat walk, offering the best mountain views. The woodlands are a bit more challenging with occasional views of Loch Leven, the Pap of Glencoe and of course the beautiful forest. This was a lovely day trip to Glencoe, with the first signs of Spring really showing after a couple of weeks of poor weather. I hope you enjoy the film! Music: Water - Rikar The Tides - Ammil
