KiharaLab cryo-EM Server Webinar - DAQplugin & CryoZeta (May 6, 2026)

We hosted a webinar introducing EM-server. EM-Server offers structure modeling and validation tools for cryo-EM in various resolution ranges. You can access it here: https://em.kiharalab.org/ In this session, we walked through: • What EM-server is and how to use it and focused on two new updates of our tools: • DAQ-Score – a residue-wise local quality assessment metric for cryo-EM models, with a plugin available for ChimeraX • CryoZeta - a de novo structure modeling tool that integrates cryo-EM density with diffusion-based structure prediction.
