Roots and Rocks, OH MY! - Wood Turning

First time turning Glossy Buckthorn. This is a root ball and had all manner of rocks, dirt and sand in it. Lots of digging around with a screwdriver to remove much of it and lots of sharpening of chisels due to the sand. I did have to use a carbide tool for some of the work but it was worth it. I was not disappointed! The piece turned out to have beautiful grain and color. Finished in shellac. Please Like, Share and Subscribe if you are so inclined.
