This New Viessa Easy Frost Bullet Build works across most S3E4 content in The First Descendant. Viessa was my first build this season, so I initially kept the weapons flexible for general use. After testing the other descendants, I've now optimized the Executor exclusively for her. Since she doesn't need MP management, I shifted those MP stats entirely into pure DPS.
