Join me for a relaxing walk through the Norfolk countryside as we explore the woods in search of wild edible plants, fascinating wildlife, and one of Britain's most elusive mammals, the European Polecat. Along the way, I chat about what food can be found growing right beneath our feet, encounter a few woodland critters, and discuss about why the European Polecat is one of my favourite wild animals and a species I'd love to see in the wild one day.
