Roasted Tomatoes & Burrata Bruschetta 🍅🧀✨ Ingredients -1 container cherry tomatoes 🍅 -3 garlic cloves (minced) -Parsley flakes (to taste) -Black pepper (to taste) -Salt (to taste) -2–4 tbsp olive oil -2–4 tbsp balsamic vinegar -1 baguette 🥖 -2 burrata cheeses 🧀 -Fresh basil leaves 🌿 -Fresh basil (chopped) -Handful of pistachios (chopped) Instructions 1. Roast the Tomatoes Add cherry tomatoes to a glass baking dish. Add minced garlic. Season with parsley flakes, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss everything together. Roast at 325°F for 20 minutes. 2. Prepare the Baguette Slice the baguette into rounds. Lightly brush each slice with olive oil. Bake at 325°F for 10–15 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp. 3. Assemble the Bruschetta Transfer the roasted tomatoes to a serving bowl or platter. Place the burrata alongside the tomatoes. Garnish with: Fresh basil leaves Chopped basil Chopped pistachios 4. Finish & Serve Gently break open the burrata and mix it with the roasted tomatoes for maximum flavor. Serve with the toasted baguette slices.
