I MISSED YOU. So much happened since the last updated months. I wanted to fill you up on everything but the video would've been 2hours! Basically, off season came to an end. I ate a lot of delicious food (you know me), enjoyed my family, trained hard... Biggest news : your girl is now Nevada, Las Vegas resident! Moving was slightly overwhelming but I have been having an absolute blast here. Getting back into prep and training with Ali Lewis, my training partner getting ready for my first show of the season, the Chicago Pro July 23rd. I know it is a long video, I just wanted to walk you through an absolutely unstated day in a life. That was already over two weeks ago soooo, things already have changed a little bit.
