Grinding Concrete with a $7 Grinder Wheel

This Grinder wheel is designed to cut concrete with a standard 4 inch or 4.5 inch angle grinder. The grinder I am using is a Porter Cable PC750AG 7.5 amp grinder. We are cutting concrete dry rather than wet cutting which creates a lot more dust and will require use of PPE like a 3M respirator. This is a relatively good way to fix a puddle in an old concrete driveway or shape concrete if necessary.
