Whats up everybody?!! Thank you all for your support. In this episode I show you the deep secrets.. (well not really) of how I clean my pit after unfortunately neglecting my beast for about 4 cooks or so. It is critical that you keep your pits clean after use. Please dont leave it like I did for multiple uses withot draining or cleaning the drippings. As you will see, the paint from the barrel was eaten away by the acidic mess I left in there.
