Gerakan Spartan Komando 1 (Sparko 1)
Sparko 1 movement is a movement intended for those who are still beginners or overweight, repetitions of each movement are adjusted to each individual's ability where the time available for each movement is 30 seconds. Do all of these movements 2 to 3 sets with a rest time of 2 minutes between sets. For those who are overweight, after doing Sparko 1 movement it is recommended to continue walking for at least 30 minutes so that calorie burning will be maximized. Don't forget to warm up before doing the exercise and cool down after doing the exercise. Good luck.. SPARKOOOO !!!!!
