This time we made a Picture Frame in DENTO factory｜今回は写真用フレームを作ります [Introducing the manufacturing process of picture frames/FRAME]. In this issue, we will introduce the process of actually manufacturing picture frames at DENTO's factory. The manufacturing of picture frames is characterized by kii-ji/chigiri. Both ends of the wood are cut at a 45° angle and precisely joined, and then fastened with chigiri (wooden parts) rather than metal fittings to enhance strength and design. We create high-quality wooden picture frames with no misalignment or deviation of any kind.
