With the establishment of Muenselling Institute at Khaling in 1973 under the Royal vision of His Royal Highness Namgyal Wangchuk, the 26th Paro Penlop, the children with vision impaired in Bhutan have been receiving equal educational opportunity and services with the general learners. Today, we have many graduate from Muenselling Institute who are serving the TSA Wa Sum at various level inspiring all persons with disabilities and society. As a pert of Golden Jubilee Celebration I interviewed Founding Principal of The Mother Institute.
