Fills 3 tall glasses. RASPBERRY FROST (pg 41) 2Tbsp sweetened crushed raspberries 1Tbsp lemon or lime juice 1 scoop lemon ice or ice cream sparkling water Stir raspberries and lemon juice together in tall glass. Drop in lemon ice; fill with refrigerated sparkling water while stirring. If desired, 1/4c milk may be added with the crushed fruit. Makes 1 serving. TAMPA TEA (pg 57) 1c boiling water 2 tea bags 1/2c granulated sugar 4c ice water 1/2c lime juice 2 1/2c orange juice Pour boiling water over tea; let steep 3 mins; strain or remove tea bags. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add ice water and fruit juices. Pour into 8 tall ice filled glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh pineapple fingers and mint sprigs.
