El sonido de las campañas va más allá de lo musical. Compone un lenguaje que marca el tiempo, comunica los acontecimientos vitales de una comunidad y transmite unas emociones que forman parte del alma colectiva de un lugar. Cuando subes a un campanario, te das cuenta de que no suenan solo las campanas. Suena la piedra de las paredes, la madera de los yunques, suena la cuerda, el viento y los pájaros. It entails a language which sets a cornerstone in time, communicates vital events in a community and transmits emotions which are part of the collective soul of a place. When you climb up a bell tower, you realize that it is not only the bells that ring. It's also the stone of the walls, the wood of the anvils, the rope, the wind and the birds. You let time go by and listen to centenary voices echos through melted bronze. El proyecto "Raíces vivas", con motivo de la Presidencia española del Consejo de la UE, crea un nuevo archivo audiovisual sobre patrimonio inmaterial. El autor, Juan Rayos (@JuanRayosFilms), es cineasta y realiza un trabajo documental que bebe de la narrativa contemporánea, en colaboración con el Ministerio de Cultura y Deporte (@MinisteriodeCulturayDeporte) y comisariado por Juanito Jones. The project "Raíces vivas" (Living Roots), under the framework of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU, creates a new audiovisual archive on intangible heritage. The author, Juan Rayos, is a filmmaker and makes documentary work that draws on contemporary narrative, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and curated by Juanito Jones.
