This time, I'll be sharing my journey through schizophrenia, from the onset of the disease to the present, where I've been living with it for 10 years, in full detail. I'll be sharing my experiences fighting the disease. This video is recommended for those who are worried about what the future holds after the onset of the disease, those who are afraid of relapse, and supporters and businesses who want to understand schizophrenia in more detail. It's a long video, so I'd be happy if you could listen to it like a radio, such as in the bath. -- ●Have you ever felt that when you talk to your family or friends about your condition, they don't seem to understand or sympathize much, and you wanted to sort out your thoughts with someone who can better understand? To help those in such situations not have to deal with it alone, I also offer telephone-based "individual organization sessions" for people with schizophrenia, where they can talk about their illness and their lives in their own words and organize their thoughts together. I offer gentle support and offer ideas, but I do not make definitive statements or prescribe diagnoses or treatments. ●I also run the note community "Akari," exclusively for people with schizophrenia, as a place to "think together toward happiness."
