Vasu is their neighbor. He's pompous in nature. Keshavankutty is his son. Keshavankutty was away from his village for a while and came back with money. He had his eyes on Amminikutty for a while. One night he attacks her and takes away her chastity. It destroys her life and Ananthan too is confused. Later Ananthan learns the truth and tries to do retributive justice.
