FAMOUS Scenic Westinghouse Traction Elevators (BOTH External & Internal!) at Hilton in Atlanta, GA

Filmed on December 28th, 2024 with ‪@PNWElevatorAviation‬ To the man who started it all and inspired me to create my own channel to begin with, Andrew Reams aka ‪@DieselDucy‬ , I want to wish you a very happy birthday! And today, I got two videos to celebrate the occassion, and while I am per usual continuing my tradition of uploading something as old as him (cause I'm a jerk and that's what I do LMAO), I figured I should upload something more familar to not just him but all of us. And that is, the VERY FIRST Elevators he EVER filmed PERIOD. The FAMOUS Westies at the Hilton in Downtown Atlanta! I last filmed these elevators with ‪@ericsturniolo‬ and ‪@northeast_elevators‬ all the way back in 2016, and fast forward 8 years later, they are just as fun as ever! Unfortunately, they stuck advertisements on these elevators and as a result, you can no longer look up the ceiling, but at least you can still see through the cab walls so I can't complain too much. These elevators were definitely a lot of fun and very iconic, the fixtures aren't anything too exciting, but as I've said before, FORGET the fixtures, these are still cool elevators with EXCELLENT Views & they're FAMOUS! And for that, I know this video will get a ton of views regardless lol. I hope you guys enjoy my LONG OVERDUE REVISIT to these Iconic & Famous Elevators, and once again, Happy 48th Birthday Andrew!
