Utan Bisaya, Pritong Isda ug Mangga - Craving Solved! A straightforward Filipino vegetable dish called utan bisaya is made out of a variety of vegetables. The veggies are cooked in water with the addition of occasionally fish. It closely resembles other regional meals from the Philippines like dinengdeng or inabraw from the Ilocos area, bulanglang from the Calabarzon, and laswa from the Western Visayas. Even though this dish appears straightforward and unassuming, it is bursting with vitamins and nutrients that can improve our health (so long as you don't eat too much rice).
