An introduction to MASW for ground investigation
An introduction to MASW for ground investigation. This short webinar will introduce MASW (multichannel analysis of surface waves) as an efficient tool for site assessment to determine ground stability, depth to bedrock and bedrock quality, among other things. The presentation will be aimed at those who are new to the method and will cover the basic principles of MASW, considerations for survey design, general processing workflow, and what the final results can tell us about the subsurface, illustrated by a small number of cases. The webinar will be hosted by Harry Higgs, one of Guideline Geo’s Application Engineers. Learn more about the equipment used on our website: https://www.guidelinegeo.com/product/...
