INGREDIENTS Sourdough starter 90 g strong flour 50 g water 1 g fresh or baker's yeast Final dough: 140 g sourdough starter 335 g strong flour 100 g egg 85 g butter 60 g sugar 60 g flavored milk infusion* 30 g honey 30 g orange blossom water 5 g dried baker's yeast (15 g if using fresh yeast) 5 g salt Zest of 1 orange For decoration: Cherries, flaked almonds, sugar, orange blossom water, and beaten egg.
