"Whether you're sixteen, or thirty-two, or sixty-four, I will be there for you... always." Please read db! So, this is it: the edit that has been coming which means a lot to me. I've always wanted to edit this song, but never got round to it, and then I heard this cover and knew I finally had to. Also, please forgive any glitches or errors in this edit - I spent a lot of time making this in tears. I lost my Dad a few years ago (it was part of the reason I was away from YT for so long) and so I haven't really edited with Father relationships for a while. But there are so many gorgeous and wonderful father/children relationships in many of my fandoms and I couldn't resist making this edit as a Father's Day tribute, and a reminder that we should celebrate and cherish the ones we love. I adore every single one of the relationships in this for too many reasons to explain here, and I really wanted to pour everything I had into this edit for the reasons above. Also, the voiceover in the instrumental is from Torchwood. I did consider using Jack&Alice, and more Father/children relationships, but I didn't want to overload this edit, so I stuck to my favourites and the ones which resonated with me for different reasons. These are all things I loved and enjoyed with my Dad, and they will always stay close to my heart. Not all relationships are perfect, and not all of them last a long time, but cherish what you do have. I think I've covered a large scope of the above in this, and I really hope you enjoy watching it.
