And if you need a quick fix, a direct connection can help you diagnose whether the drill is still working. 🔧 What is a direct connection? It's when you connect the drill without going through the switch, connecting the motor wires directly to the power outlet. This is only for quick tests, NOT for permanent use. 🔥 BASIC (SAFE) STEPS: 1️⃣ Disassemble the drill and locate the two motor wires. 2️⃣ Disconnect the switch, leaving the motor wires free. 3️⃣ Connect these two wires directly to the power cord (live and neutral). 4️⃣ Insulate everything with electrical tape and keep the motor secure. 5️⃣ Plug it into the outlet for testing purposes only. 💡 If the motor starts, the problem was the switch. If it doesn't start, the fault could be in the armature, brushes, or coil. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is for diagnostic purposes only.
