Die eigene Sichtweise auf Mitmenschen und der teilweise vorurteilsgeprägte Eindruck, den wir von anderen haben, bestimmt maßgeblich, wie wir einer Person gegenübertreten. Viel zu selten machen wir uns dabei Gedanken darüber, warum der Gegenüber auf eine bestimmte Weise handelt. Doch gerade diese Grenze, die wir in unserem Kopf schaffen, müssen wir gezielt überschreiten. Es lohnt sich, den Menschen hinter der Person zu sehen. After graduating in technomathematics from what was then the University of Karlsruhe and working as an engineer for a large corporation, Barbara Kopp decided to make a U-turn in her professional career in order to have a lasting impact on the working world she experienced. Today, she therefore works as a consultant with the motto that humanity and social interaction are crucial for the efficiency of any company.
