This buzzard has been trapped in the light well of a multi-story building in Hagen for three days. When the fire department arrived two days later, the bird fled ten meters into an old, tiny air shaft and hasn't been able to get out since. Therefore, the animal emergency service was called. Of course, they could have waited until the buzzard emerged from the hole on its own, but it still wouldn't have been able to get out of the light well without help. And it would have fled back into the hole as soon as a person approached it.
